Event week is finally here – I thought it would never come! We spent this past Saturday finishing the last minute tasks that needed to be done before we headed out. One of our big tasks for the day was to get the trailer wiring set up on my new-to-me Ford Sportsmobile van which will double as our tow vehicle from time to time. The van gives us a bit more flexibility with regards to sleeping accommodations and we’ll be testing it out this event by camping at a site near Lime Rock Park. Camping near the track the night before allows us to get a few more hours of sleep so that we don’t have to wake up at 3am in order to arrive at LRP by 6:30/7:00am for tech.
